Remembrance Volume III follows the release of Remembrance Volume I in 2020, and Volume II in 2021. DEAR VIETNAM VETERANS, WE HONOR YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE, VALOR, AND SACRIFICE AND WE ARE SORRY FOR HOW YOU WERE TREATED WHEN YOU CAME BACK HOME In it, you will find the personal experiences of Vietnam veterans. For 25 years, I have brought American veterans from all over the United States to high schools in Oregon to share their military experiences during times of war with the students. Over the years, as I became friends with many of these veterans, they began to open up and share with me as they wanted their stories remembered. Many of these stories even their spouses and children had never heard. This book is also unique as it includes chapters from American veterans of many races, all of whom have served their country with great pride. We must not forget all of these men's and women's stories, lest we forget the cost they gave for our freedom.
