Bubbles the Travelling Cat has returned from his adventures and has settled down with his wife, Lily Lollipop. However, one fateful day, Lily Lollipop goes missing. Searching frantically for any sign of her, Bubbles turns to Santa Claus for help. Santa sends Bubbles on a mission to travel and help other animals in trouble, while Santa's detectives search for the missing Lily Lollipop.
