Ultra-precision machining is a multi-disciplinary research area that is an important branch of manufacturing technology. With continuous advancements in science and technology and the diversification of industrial needs, ultra-precision machining has become an indispensable component of modern industry. It is widely used in aerospace, semiconductors, optics, microelectronics, automotive manufacturing, biomedical, energy, and other fields with the goal of realizing ultra-precision shape machining or improving surface roughness.
