The list of 50 pieces contains a good variety of Nocturnes, Etudes, Preludes, Waltzes, and other Classical favorites. Chopin was one of the best pianist of the Romantic period who composed primarily for solo piano. Chopin invented the concept of instrumental Ballade, in which I have included some of them. No other composer has contributed as many significants melodies to the piano's repertoire as Chopin. Chopin piano pieces are always a joy to learn and to listen to.
