Hunting and good cooking have always gone hand in hand, and here at the Spartan Hunting Preserve, welcoming hospitality accompanied by hearty appetites and great meals is a given. Joy Kemmer enjoys a good hunt as much as Mitch, and the two bonded over hunting and other outdoor activities way back in high school. So it stands to reason, Joy also knows her way around the kitchen and enjoys serving up delicious food to welcome the Preserve's many guests. After numerous requests, she shares her recipes here, in hopes that you'll remember your time at the Lodge fondly, and come back again real soon.
