Seasonal Herbs narrows in on a selection of herbs that have the greatest medicinal, culinary, home décor, and crafting uses for any home and family. Organized by season, this book takes you through the natural process of growing, harvesting, preserving and using/creating with herbs. Each season will include guidance for growing and caring for herbs, an herbal spotlight specific to that season, several seasonal recipes using herbs, a simple syrup of the season, and summer/fall/winter will include crafting, gift giving, seasonal health and other sections specific to that time of year.
