Shadow Hawk

After falling into a river on her way to Oregon with her family in 1845, Vanessa is saved by Shadow Hawk, a Sioux Chief of the Hunt. He insists she is to become his woman, since he saved her life, but wants her to marry him willingly. In a tug of war between Vanessa's heart, and Shadow Hawk's power over her, her life takes many turns. Will she ever manage to escape him, and put the memory of him out of her heart, or will he capture her heart forever?
