Jesus

Jesus provided our model for all ministry. Jesus either taught by example or taught through the Word. He alone has given the acceptable standard for ministry without exception. He was cross-cultural in His ministry. He ministered to individuals and groups. He identified and ministered to all, regardless of status or creed: the rich, the poor, the religious, the rejected, men, women and children. He ministered to all ethnic groups of the day--to the Galileans and hated Samaritans and Romans. He modeled His life on earth with the last act of grace before His death on the cross with His word of forgiveness to the thief on the cross. The reading of this book should inspire you, confirm in your hearts your present ministry, and bring about lasting challenges and changes where needed to experience the power of the Holy Spirit.
