The Small Catechism

The Small Catechism, originally composed by Martin Luther in the year 1529, is one of the greatest and most influential works of Christian education of all time. The Small Catechism continues to be used as a primer in the Christian faith by churches globally. This edition is translated from the Small Catechism as it appears in the Book of Concord, and as such is one of the traditional Symbols or creeds of confessional Lutheranism.
