Meet Jill Ortiz, an average girl turned hero for six unsuspecting individuals in need of a new chance at life. This is her story of how she went from being an ordinary girl living in Cincinnati, Ohio, to moving to Napa Valley, California, and taking on one of the most important decisions of her life. Being prompted by a deep faith and what she believes was a whisper from God, Jill made the life altering decision to donate one of her kidneys to her friend. A er a series of tests and one major bump in the road, Jill persevered in her decision and ended up involved in a "bridge program" enabling not only her friend, but 5 others to receive their much needed kidneys. This is her story. Sometimes funny, always transparent, hopefully inspiring.
