Doug's back! And this time, he’s going to learn what to do when things don’t go his way. One night, Doug dreams about an amazing red rocket ship. He decides to make that dream come true and, with the help of his friends, design and build the ship. But to Doug’s surprise, none of them want to get involved. The project is too big, too hard, and will take too much time. Will he have to accept that his rocket ship is just a wild dream? Or will Doug take matters into his own hands? The Rocket Ship is a story about the power of perseverance. Doug’s story teaches kids not to be afraid to try new things. It shows that hard work is the best path to having all your dreams come true.
