From D.I.V.A.-"A Determined Individual with a Victorious Attitude" to Disabled-brings the reader into the inner most thoughts and feelings of Dr. Michelle King-Huger, Education Specialist, as she battles with being recently diagnosed with progressive M.S. After her husband's sudden death, back-to-back surgeries, and the inability to care for her son or herself she must come to the realization of being disabled. Her faith, determination, and love of Jesus Christ help to lift her from a quicksand of hopelessness and despair. She shares her words of encouragement, steps for a more positive future, and inspirational quotes that helped her to make a life changing transformation.
