Midlife Crisis on the Road

During a quiet moment flying above the Atlantic on the way home from a vacation in London that coincided with his 47th birthday, Greg found himself reminiscing about the wonderful time away from work. But as he thought more and more about it, Greg realized he wanted something different from life; something other than grinding for a paycheck and something that would erase the notion that middle age is the place where dreams go to die. And topping that list of desires for something different was a desire to no longer go to work. Within minutes and without warning, Greg found himself engulfed in a midlife crisis of epic proportions. Armed only with a desire for "something different" and a quote from Mark Twain, Greg set out planning a trip that would quell his long repressed wanderlust and cure his midlife crisis. But how to do all of that with a mortgage, credit card debt, and two daughters in college? Follow along as Greg takes you from the events that spawned his midlife crisis, through the planning stages of an extended trip, and then travel along with Greg on a 200 day trip in an RV to see every state and every national park west of the Mississippi.
