Gerry the Giraffe

Gerry the Giraffe is needing courage in order to eat! He gets a fellow giraffe, Patches, to help him. Gerry finally gains the confidence and courage, he has always wanted, to do things. Gerry the Giraffe is one of the books that is referenced in Wesley Spurling's first book titled Books for Jacob. In that book, Gerry the Giraffe is referenced as a story that was recorded by a teacher at Jacob's school for him to listen to while he was in the hospital suffering from a brain tumor.
