Idioms are everywhere! They are in books, newspapers, magazines, tv shows, movies, and in popular songs on the radio. They slip out of people's mouths in casual conversations. Idioms stump a lot of people, even native English speakers, as they require some form of prior knowledge to understand their meanings. Idioms are a type of figurative speech/language that can not be understood if taken word for word as stated. Some are worn out cliches while others are contemporary slang. Languages are complicated as they are rich, alive, and evolving with the passage of time. This is a continuation of Cooking the Books(2019) as a collection of another set of 32 different idioms drawn out as cartoons presented here for your enjoyment.
